Class Etiquette & Policies

• Arrive 5 - 10 minutes early
• Shoes off before entering practice area
• Wear comfortable but fitted clothing that allows easy movement allows the instructor to observe movement of the body
• Do not wear jewelry or a watch
• Light meal 1 hour, or light snack 1/2 hour before class
• Please call with 24hrs notice to cancel and we will try to fit you in another time, and maybe allocate your slot to someone else.
• Bring water & a large towel (to use as a support)
• Please silence mobile phones
